I Ordered My Tickets How Do I Get Them?

You get your tickets the day of the show at the box office (will call) under the name you used to purchase the tickets. You must have your ID. They will be ready an hour before doors open. 

Do You Offer Refunds?

NO REFUNDS unless show cancels

– Support acts are always subject to change, there are no refunds when support acts cancel.

Can Someone Else Pick Up My Tickets?

Yes, please provide the authorized party a photo or copy of your government issued ID and we will release your tickets to them. You may also email customer support or leave the name in the comments when you order. 

What Does GA Mean?

GA stands for general admission and means that there is no assigned seating or areas of any kind. Patrons who arrive first will get closest to the stage unless you purchase early entry that allows you to enter prior to GA.
